About The Position

Soccer Shots - North Atlanta is seeking a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children aged 2-8. The role involves leading fun, safe classes focused on age-appropriate soccer skills and character development. No prior soccer experience is required, as comprehensive training, including CPR and First Aid certification, is provided. Coaches are expected to be energetic, responsible, and safety-conscious, aiming to positively impact children's lives and contribute to the community. The position offers flexible hours, a clear 90-day track to become a lead coach with pay increases, and various performance and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
