About The Position
Soccer Shots of Greater Charlotte is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Youth Soccer Coaches. We teach soccer to children ages 2-8 in a positive, fun, and encouraging environment. This is a part-time opportunity with full-time potential, perfect for those who love working with kids and want a fun, active job where they can make a real impact. No prior soccer knowledge is required as we provide paid training and all necessary equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with children ages 2-8 (coach, teacher, babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, parent, etc.)
- Energetic and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for working with young kids
- Organized and dependable
Nice To Haves
- Soccer knowledge is a bonus
- High school diploma preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead 6-12 children in fun soccer-based activities
- Create a positive, energetic environment
