About The Position
Soccer Shots provides premier children's soccer experiences through 35–40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers, and parks. We operate year-round, with programs offered during Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
Requirements
- Currently reside in the Louisville area.
- Must have Tuesday and Thursday availability.
- Can commit to coaching a minimum of 2 seasons (16 weeks).
- Can travel to Middletown and surrounding areas.
- Ready to start training ASAP.
- Energetic, reliable, and organized.
- Comfortable working with young children.
- Able to model children's soccer skills.
- Comfortable standing, jogging, and staying active.
- Professional and dependable.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead 35–40 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 using the Soccer Shots curriculum.
- Make soccer fun and exciting.
- Build confidence and character.
- Teach basic soccer skills through engaging activities.
- Create positive experiences for every child.
- Communicate with families and teachers.
- Set up and pack away equipment.
- Arrive on time and follow safety and attendance procedures.
