Youth Soccer Coach
About The Position
Soccer Shots - Philadelphia is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! This role involves leading fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids, lasting 30-45 minutes each. The curriculum focuses on motor skills and character development. The coach will engage each child individually, manage equipment and class rosters, attend team meetings and trainings, provide post-session feedback, and use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful. Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact children’s lives in a positive way.

Responsibilities
- Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
- Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
- Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
- Engage each child individually during class
- Manage equipment and class roster
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Provide post-session feedback
- Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
