Youth Program Manager
About The Position
The Arc Fond du Lac is seeking a dedicated Youth Program Manager to lead and oversee our youth services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports that help participants build independence, develop life skills, and thrive in their communities. This leadership role involves providing oversight and direction for youth programming and staff, ensuring compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements, and supporting staff development, training, and performance management. The manager will also foster positive relationships with participants, families, schools, and community partners, monitor program quality, participant outcomes, health and safety, and continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with budgeting, resource management, and program growth. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized, and collaborative leader committed to creating inclusive and engaging opportunities for youth while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
