About The Position
The Bethlehem YMCA is seeking a Youth Program Instructor for a Basketball Clinic for Girls. This role involves coordinating and instructing participants in a recreational program. The position offers flexibility with an Early Wage Access program, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages on demand.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/ GED is required.
- Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program.
- Appropriate professional certifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire).
Nice To Haves
- College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred.
Responsibilities
