About The Position
Bethlehem YMCA is seeking a Program Instructor for a Basketball Clinic for Girls. This role involves coordinating a recreational program and requires individuals who can relate effectively to diverse groups of people. New hires will complete required training within 90 days of hire.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/ GED is required.
- Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program
- Appropriate professional certifications.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Nice To Haves
- College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred.
