The Youth Program Facilitator is responsible for creating, planning, coordinating, and facilitating youth programming designed to support positive youth development, leadership, life skills, educational success, and community engagement. This position serves as the primary facilitator for youth groups and activities, establishing positive relationships with youth participants, and creating a welcoming environment that encourages participation and growth. The Youth Program Facilitator serves as an initial point of contact for youth entering programming, assists youth with identifying goals and accessing resources. This position works collaboratively with Family Resource Center staff, community partners, and the Youth Program Supervisor to ensure quality programming and meaningful engagement opportunities for youth throughout San Joaquin County. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, creativity, flexibility, high energy, and a passion for working with youth in diverse community settings.
