ACLD, a leading not-for-profit agency founded in 1957, assists children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities in reaching their highest level of independence. This role is in a day habilitation setting, assisting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to become self-sufficient. It offers an entry-level career opportunity in the healthcare/education field. The Program Facilitator supports employment programs and oversees daily program projects to ensure quality service. This role involves administrative support, maintaining records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documentation, and providing coverage for vocational programs as needed. The position also requires participation in quality assurance reviews, managing service appointments and fleet needs, and providing back-up for other administrative staff. Additionally, the role involves coordinating meetings and monitoring the implementation of internal Individualized Service Plan/Supported Employment Plan (ISP/SEMP) tracking systems.
