Girls Inc. is a non-profit organization focused on equipping girls and youth with the tools to lead healthy, academically successful, and economically independent lives. They offer gender-specific, gender-affirming, and research-based programming. Girls Inc. PNW supports an anti-racist stance and is committed to building a culturally inclusive team, embracing diversity and standing against discrimination. This role involves conducting programming activities with youth for up to 15 hours per week, focusing on curriculum-based activities and discussions to enhance knowledge, self-confidence, and pro-social skills. The position requires facilitators with youth work experience who can connect authentically with diverse girls and communities. The role is seasonal, site-based, and involves in-person program delivery across the Portland Metro Area during the school year, from September 2026 to June 2027.
