About The Position
Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Youth Program Director in Costa Mesa to oversee daily operations at our Orange County camp locations. The Youth Program Director serves as the senior authority on-site and is accountable for staff leadership, camper experience, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in youth development programs
- Experience coaching baseball or softball
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise camp staff
- Ensure camper safety protocols are upheld
- Deliver structured baseball and softball instruction
- Provide performance feedback to coaches
- Create a positive, energetic camp culture
- Represent the Angels Baseball & Softball Camp organization with professionalism
