About The Position
Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Seasonal Director in Irvine, CA to guide summer camp operations throughout Orange County. The Seasonal Director is the on-site leader responsible for executing programming, supervising staff, and ensuring campers have a safe and memorable experience.
Requirements
- 6-week commitment (July 6 – August 14, 2026)
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass background screening
- May operate a rented cargo van for camp purposes
Responsibilities
- Full operational oversight of camp activities
- Supervision and development of camp coaches
- Enforcement of safety and supervision policies
- Parent communication and conflict resolution
- Driving Angels Camps culture and standards
