About The Position
Angels Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking Summer Baseball Coaches in Costa Mesa, CA to help lead our youth sports camps across Orange County. Our coaching staff plays a key role in creating a fun, structured environment where young athletes can develop baseball and softball skills while learning teamwork and accountability. Coaches help deliver daily camp programming, encourage camper participation, and ensure every child has a positive and safe experience.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children and youth sports
- Have baseball or softball playing/coaching experience
- Bring strong communication skills
- Lead by example with integrity and positivity
- Are dependable and ready to support campers each day
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities
- Support daily camp activities and drills
- Help supervise campers ages 4–13
- Provide positive instruction during skill stations
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
- Assist with games and competitions
- Maintain a safe and organized camp environment
