About The Position

The Youth Program Coordinator supports daily operations, staff coordination, and youth engagement within the Homeless Youth Continuum (HYC) drop-in space. HYC provides youth-centered support and engagement for youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability through drop-in programming, workshops, and resource connections, promoting well-being, stability, and access to opportunities. The program aims to provide community-focused, responsive services that honor the varied lived experiences of the youth it serves. The coordinator provides day-to-day work direction and peer support to staff, leads workshops and group activities, assists with program planning and implementation, and represents HYC in meetings as requested.
