About The Position

Assist the Youth Program by helping to plan and implement daily activities. Build relationships with program participant youth. Enforce all rules and discipline. Help with administrative and cleaning tasks as needed. MUST BE ELIGIBLE for FEDERAL WORK-STUDY. This is off-campus employment, so reliable transportation is important.

Requirements

Eligible for Federal Work-Study

Nice To Haves

21 years or older with a driver’s license and good driving record (for potential transportation duties)

Responsibilities

Prepare daily program activities (gather equipment, setup rooms, etc.)
Help supervise youth in daily activities.
Help prepare and implement the daily activities at program.
Supervise the youth and all volunteers.
Assist with various cleaning and administrative tasks.
May receive training to assist with transportation to assist with picking up youth from school and transporting to the Mission Waco program (if 21 years or older with a driver’s license and good driving record).
