The Family Support Project (FSP), based in Hyannis, MA, provides support and stabilization services for families with adolescent children, ages 12 to 17. These services are for families who are at risk of out-of-home placement, have been reunified from foster care or more restrictive placements, or are planning for step down from a residential or hospitalization program. The Family Support Project offers a variety of supervised services to families and adolescents, functioning as an after-school program during the school year and a day program during school vacations.
