About The Position

The Youth Ministry Director leads and oversees Club Beyond, Young Life Military’s ecumenically focused and outreach-oriented program, serving teens from active-duty military families. The ministry creates a safe, Christ-centered community where teens can develop friendships, build hope, and grow in resilience amid frequent moves and transitions. The role requires living near the community being served and working within a culture shaped by military life and frequent turnover among teens, families, chaplains, and volunteers. Club Beyond describes its approach as incarnational, ecumenical, military-focused, partnership-oriented, professional, and committed to excellent stewardship.
