About The Position

The Colorado Qualifying House (Q House) is a transitional housing & positive skill development program located on over 70 acres of land at the bottom of Mt. Blue Sky. The Q house serves as a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 16-21 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming, including on-site school & vocational opportunities, therapeutic support, community engagement, and tailored programming that is co-created in collaboration with all youth and staff. The Q House supports youth in developing the skills and resources needed to lead self-determined lives without experiencing the barriers of future systems involvement.
