Youth Mentor: Saturday PM and every other Sunday PM
About The Position
Maple Lake Academy is seeking energetic, compassionate Staff Mentors to support teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, growth-focused school and community environment. The role provides support during non-school hours, builds meaningful connections with students, and helps guide their academic and personal development through life skills and social skills. Mentors collaborate with a caring team and model positive behavior while supporting students’ individual growth. The position offers flexible or set shifts, with openings across four different shifts. The listed shift is Saturday from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM and every other Sunday from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM. There may be opportunities to pick up other shifts for additional hours. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years or older to drive company vehicles.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer.
Responsibilities
- Provide structured support to students during non-school hours.
