About The Position

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages crawling through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches! KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic people who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

Requirements

Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
CPR certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter that just gets a job done
Availability to work on weekdays mornings 9-12:30PM and/or evenings 3:30pm - 7:30PM
Availability to work on weekends 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Nice To Haves

Athletic or coaching background
Experience coaching kids ages 6 months - 11 years old

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging KidStrong classes focused on building children's physical, brain, and character skills.
Help children develop confidence, independence, teamwork, and resilience.
Ensure every child feels welcomed, supported, and safe during class.
Lead by example with enthusiasm, positivity, creativity, and encouragement.
Adapt coaching techniques to different ages, abilities, and learning styles.
Communicate with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and milestones.
Collaborate with fellow coaches and leadership to deliver an exceptional experience.
Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, organization, and daily operations.
