About The Position
KidStrong is looking for Coaches who enjoy creating fun, engaging experiences for children. The Coach leads KidStrong’s curriculum and helps make a lasting impact on children and families in the community. The role involves coaching children from crawling age through 11 years old and may include classes, camps, movie nights, and other center events.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Confidence and clear communication with parents and guardians.
- High energy and an engaging presence in every class.
- CPR certification or willingness to become certified.
- Lead with confidence and set high standards.
- Build strong connections with KidStrong families.
- Show up consistently and strive for excellence.
- Communicate KidStrong programming with knowledge and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, high-energy classes that build children’s brain, physical, and character skills.
- Earn KidStrong Coach Certification and develop skills through ongoing training.
- Create positive experiences for families before, during, and after class.
- Keep classes running smoothly and on time.
- Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other center events as needed.
