Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is hiring a full-time Youth & Family Clinician to provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents, primarily ages 4 to 18, and their families. The role combines outpatient therapy with grant-funded programming, community-based services, and telehealth. The blended funding model supports a varied set of clinical and program responsibilities, with productivity expectations that account for both direct services and assigned program work. The clinician will work collaboratively with families, schools, medical providers, community partners, and multidisciplinary MOC teams to help young people address behavioral health challenges and build healthier futures. The position is suited to an independently licensed clinician or a master's-level clinician practicing under supervision while pursuing independent licensure. A regular on-site presence of at least three days per week is expected, with hybrid work opportunities and flexibility to serve families across MOC programs and locations. After-school and evening availability is essential. MOC is a nonprofit organization serving families through childcare, education, health, housing, nutrition, workforce development, and community support. The organization offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment and opportunities to broaden clinical experience through work across programs and populations.
