Overnight Respite - Tucson
About The Position

We are a dedicated behavioral health agency in Arizona supporting families and children navigating life’s toughest challenges. Our Overnight Specialists are the backbone of our houses—ensuring our youth have a safe, clean, and organized environment to wake up to every morning. We operate 2 dedicated residential houses across Tucson. These homes are safe havens for youth ages 5–17. As an Overnight Specialist, you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours. This is a critical role focused on the "behind-the-scenes" success of our program. You’ll be based in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes, ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead.
Requirements
- 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
- 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook for shift logging.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe, secure environment.
- Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
- Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next day’s activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.
