Overnight Respite - Mesa & Apache Junction
About The Position

We are a dedicated behavioral health agency in Arizona supporting families and children navigating life’s toughest challenges. Our Overnight Specialists are the backbone of our houses—ensuring our youth have a safe, clean, and organized environment to wake up to every morning. We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes are safe havens for youth ages 1–17. As an Overnight Specialist, you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours. This is a critical role focused on the "behind-the-scenes" success of our program. You’ll be based in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes, ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead.
Requirements
- 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
- 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook for shift logging.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe, secure environment.
- Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
- Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next day’s activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.
