About The Position

We are a dedicated behavioral health agency in Arizona on a mission to support families and children navigating life’s toughest challenges. As a Youth Enrichment Specialist, you aren’t just "providing care"— you’re building confidence, teaching life skills, and creating positive memories for youth who need a champion. We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes serve as the "hub" for our youth—safe, supportive environments where healing and growth happen every day. You'll be a key part of the team keeping these houses vibrant and therapeutic.
Requirements
- 21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
- 1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
- Valid AZ Driver’s License
- Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Leading community outings to parks, museums, and cultural events.
- Working side-by-side with youth on social skills and personal development.
- Providing a stable, therapeutic environment where kids feel seen and heard.
