About The Position
Apache Junction Health and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, personalized care to residents at its skilled nursing facility. The facility provides skilled nursing care 24 hours a day and onsite rehabilitation services to help patients regain independence and return home. The CNA assists residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization; documents care; obtains and records vital signs; communicates changes to nursing staff; helps maintain a safe and caring environment; and treats residents with respect and dignity.
Requirements
- Arizona CNA license.
- Level one fingerprint card.
- CPR.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization.
