About The Position
Apache Junction Health and Rehab is ranked one of the best short term rehab centers and ranked #3 in the best nursing homes in Arizona. We are currently the only skilled nursing facility in the Apache Junction area. We provide compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care 24 hours a day. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our patients regain their independence and return to their homes.
Requirements
- Arizona CNA license
- Level one Fingerprint card
- CPR
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization
- Documenting care provided
- Obtaining and recording vital signs
- Identifying and communicating changes with nursing
- Anticipating a safe and caring living environment
- Providing respect and dignity to our residents
