Apache Junction Health and Rehab provides compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care 24 hours a day. This position provides direct nursing care to our residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained. Requirements

• Arizona LPN license
• Level one Fingerprint card
• CPR
