About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic, youth-focused leader to join our team and create life-changing experiences for 6th–12th grade students. As the Youth Development Program Coordinator (Teens) , you’ll lead innovative, engaging programs that combine education, arts, tech, wellness, and youth development. You'll create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for teens to explore who they are and who they want to become. This is more than a job —it's a chance to mentor, uplift, and empower the next generation of leaders.

Requirements

• Love working with teens and understand what motivates them.
• Bring positive energy, creativity, and a deep commitment to youth empowerment.
• Can juggle lesson planning, program facilitation, and admin tasks with ease.
• Value diversity, equity, and inclusion and can connect with youth from all walks of life.
• Are organized, flexible, and are a strong communicator.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to engage and support teens.
• Experience with youth programming or group facilitation.
• Able to work flexible hours based on program needs.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in human services or related field.
• Experience in a nonprofit, school, or community youth setting.
• Passion for arts, STEM, wellness, or leadership development.
• Bilingual or multicultural experience.
