Youth Development Professional - Summer - Anacortes/Burlington/Concrete
About The Position
This summer, our Clubs are all about "Choose Your Adventure." Every day brings something new-games, outdoor activities, creative projects, and moments that stick with kids long after summer ends. We're looking for people who are ready to jump in, lead with energy, and help create a summer kids won't forget. As a Summer YDP, you'll be right in the middle of it all-building relationships, leading activities, and creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to be there. You don't need years of experience-just a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in working with youth. Training is provided before you get started. This is a temporary summer position, but the impact you make can last far beyond it. In this role, you will help lead engaging activities, support a safe and fun environment, and build meaningful connections with youth and your team. You'll also have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and interests into the experience.
