About The Position
Adelphoi is seeking individuals for overnight shifts in their Manor Enhanced Supervision program in Ebensburg, PA. This role involves working with older and sometimes physically aggressive youth. Adelphoi Village, Inc. has been a significant provider of counseling, residential, adoption, foster care, and educational services to youth and families for over 50 years, operating across Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Ability to safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
- Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training.
- Pass any required physical abilities assessment.
Responsibilities
- Make regular checks throughout the night.
- Assist youth who may have a need during the night.
- Start the youth's day in the morning and transition responsibilities to the day shift.
