About The Position

Working the overnight shift at Adelphoi can provide you with the wage, the benefits, the time to do these types of things, and more! We are looking for folks who would benefit from our overnight shifts in Manor Enhanced Supervision program in Ebensburg, PA. What is the job like? You have the responsibility along with a co-worker to make regular checks throughout the night, helping any of the kids who may have a need. In the morning you start their day and turn over the responsibilities to the day shift leaving at 7:00 AM during the week when working weekend shifts that can be later. Adelphoi Village, Inc. is a major player in the delivery of counseling, residential, adoption, foster care, and educational services to youth and families. For over 50 years we have helped thousands of families and youths with growth to more than 25 group homes and education centers throughout Pennsylvania, including a central 19-acre campus in Latrobe. Requirements

• Safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
• Stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
• Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi’s crisis intervention / restraint training.
• Pass any required physical abilities assessment.

Responsibilities
