About The Position
Wediko NH is hiring Youth Congregate Residential Counselors to support middle and high school aged students with emotional and behavioral challenges. This is hands-on, relationship-based work where you mentor, coach, and help young people build the skills they need to succeed. This position offers a consistent 4-day work week with three days off and is bonus eligible. The role is active and requires being on your feet and engaged throughout the shift, with a supportive team environment where no one handles crises alone.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Two (2) years of full-time experience working with children (paid or volunteer), OR Seven (7) years of parenting experience, OR An associate’s degree or higher with at least 12 credits in human services or a related field, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university.
- If an applicant does not meet any one of the requirements listed above, they may still qualify if they sign a formal education agreement stating they will: Complete 12 credits in human services within 2 years of hire, and Provide documentation showing completion of 3 credits every 6 months, starting from the date of hire.

Responsibilities
