The Young Friends Program Co-Facilitator collaborates closely with their counterpart to create a welcoming and spiritually enriching environment for 9th-12th grade participants. Together, they cultivate a strong sense of community, fostering meaningful relationships among high school-age Quakers and their families while supporting their integration into the wider Yearly Meeting. This role requires harmonious collaboration with the co-facilitator to ensure seamless coordination of program activities, mutual support, and the nurturing of a spiritually engaged and inclusive community. Through thoughtful leadership and shared responsibility, the co-facilitator helps create spaces where young Friends can explore their faith, deepen connections, and actively participate in the broader Quaker tradition. Reports to the Youth Engagement Coordinator.
