About The Position

Pathway Family Services is seeking Full-time Youth Care Workers to join their Psychiatric Residential Treatment team for the 3rd shift (9:30p-7:30a) Wednesday thru Saturday. The average hourly rate is $17.85 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, etc.). This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth, collaborating with a supportive team, and making a meaningful impact. The organization is mission-driven and focuses on supporting growth and purpose. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements

Must be 21 or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Must complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities

Start the day by greeting residents and setting a positive, encouraging tone
Lead engaging activities—from group discussions to creative projects
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills
Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming
Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry
Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure
