Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join their Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides telephonic and outreach crisis intervention and evaluation services to individuals and families. The primary goals are to divert individuals from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by maximizing community resources for stabilization. The MCAT team serves individuals aged 21 and older, including those with co-occurring disorders and who may be homeless. The Crisis Clinician will provide rapid response, assessment, crisis intervention, engagement, supportive counseling, information and referral, assistance with Medicaid enrollment, linkage to resources, and connection to community-based mental health and substance use services.
