About The Position

Pathway Family Services is seeking Full-time Youth Care Workers to join their Psychiatric Residential Treatment team for the 3rd shift (9:30p-7:30a) Wednesday thru Saturday. The role involves making a meaningful impact by working with youth, collaborating with a supportive team, and being part of a positive, mission-driven environment. The average hourly rate is $17.85, which includes wage, incentives, bonuses, and overtime.

Requirements

Must be 21 or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping at-risk youth
Reliable team players who can also work independently
Motivated to learn and grow
Must complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities

Start the day by greeting residents and setting a positive, encouraging tone
Lead engaging activities—from group discussions to creative projects
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills
Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming
Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans
Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry
Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure
