About The Position
Pathway Family Services – Where Support, Growth, and Purpose Come Together. We are currently seeking Full-time Youth Care Workers to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment team. If you are 21 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent, you’re already on your way. We’ll teach you everything else you need to know.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping at-risk youth
- Reliable team players who can also work independently
- Motivated to learn and grow—no prior experience required

Responsibilities
- Start the day by greeting residents and setting a positive, encouraging tone
- Lead engaging activities—from group discussions to creative projects
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills
- Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming
- Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry
- Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure
