About The Position
Pathway Family Services is seeking PRN Youth Care Workers to join their Psychiatric Residential Treatment team. This role is for individuals 21 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position focuses on supporting youth, collaborating with a team, and making a meaningful impact in a mission-driven environment. The average hourly rate is $17.85.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping at-risk youth
- Reliable team players who can also work independently
- Motivated to learn and grow
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and set a positive, encouraging tone
- Lead engaging activities, from group discussions to creative projects
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills
- Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming
- Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry
- Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure
