About The Position
Pathway Family Services is seeking PRN Youth Care Workers to join their Psychiatric Residential Treatment team. This role is for individuals 21 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position focuses on providing support, growth, and purpose to youth, making a meaningful impact daily in a positive, mission-driven environment. The average hourly rate is $17.85.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities
- Start the day by greeting residents and setting a positive, encouraging tone
- Lead engaging activities—from group discussions to creative projects
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help youth build healthy habits and coping skills
- Reinforce positive behaviors and ensure participation in daily programming
- Document progress and collaborate with the treatment team on individualized care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal supervision or laundry
- Transport residents to appointments or activities while ensuring safety and structure
