About The Position
The Overnight Youth Care Specialist Supervisor supervises overnight Youth Care Specialist (YCS) staff across all units and is responsible for maintaining a safe, therapeutic cottage environment from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The supervisor visits assigned cottages throughout the night to ensure overnight YCS staff remain alert and perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Security Guard License required.
- At least three years of Youth Care Specialist experience at The Children’s Village, or at least five years of similar experience at another residential treatment center or related experience in safety and security.
- A “very good” performance evaluation rating.
- Ability to manage and promote a therapeutic environment while taking into account each child’s varying clinical needs.

- College degree preferred.
