About The Position

We are hiring educators and teachers to work with campers ages 4–13, helping them build baseball and softball skills while learning teamwork, accountability, and confidence. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy active learning environments and feel comfortable teaching baseball or softball fundamentals to youth players. We provide the training, equipment, and camp curriculum — you provide the leadership and enthusiasm that make camp a positive experience.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 4–13
• Comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
• Enjoy teaching and mentoring young students
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm
• Communicate well with children and staff
• Demonstrate reliability and professionalism
• Have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience, OR provide proof of teaching certification
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background screening
