About The Position
Teachers with summers off are invited to join Giants Baseball & Softball Camps at Purissima Park in Los Altos Hills. This role focuses on helping campers ages 4–13 build baseball and softball skills while learning teamwork and sportsmanship. As a Giants Baseball & Softball Camps Educator, you will guide campers through daily baseball and softball activities that combine skill instruction with mentorship and character development. You will work closely with Site Directors and fellow staff members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 4–13
- Comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
- Enjoy teaching and mentoring young students
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm
- Communicate well with children and staff
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism
- Have at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience, OR Provide proof of teaching certification
- Have reliable transportation
- Pass a background screening
