Summer Teaching Job – Youth Baseball Camp Educator ($25/hr) | Napa
About The Position
Teachers looking for a summer job in Napa are invited to apply for our Giants Baseball & Softball Camp at Justin-Siena High School. Educators help lead campers ages 4–13 through baseball and softball drills while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship. As a Giants Baseball & Softball Camps Educator, you will guide campers through daily baseball and softball activities that combine skill instruction with mentorship and character development. You will work closely with Site Directors and fellow staff members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 4–13
- Comfortable demonstrating baseball or softball fundamentals
- Enjoy teaching and mentoring young students
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm
- Communicate well with children and staff
- Demonstrate reliability and professionalism
- Have reliable transportation
- Pass a background screening
- At least 1 school year of paid teaching experience, OR Provide proof of teaching certification
