The Youth Advisory Board Facilitator plays a central role in facilitating the design, implementation, and delivery of a youth-centered internship program. This position is responsible for supporting the development of structured learning experiences that actively engage youth participants in program design, leadership development, and peer-to-peer learning. The Specialist will guide youth through facilitated practices on key focus areas, support skill-building activities, and prepare participants to develop and formally present program concepts and learning outcomes to their peers and stakeholders. This role emphasizes youth voice, collaborative learning, and experiential education, while strengthening participants’ leadership capacities and professional readiness. This position is designed as a professional pathway role, with opportunities for continued growth and advancement within the organization based on funding availability, performance, and organizational needs.
