About The Position

The Malvern School is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for the Young Toddler classroom at its Oaks location. The teacher plans, supervises, and implements an early childhood education program in accordance with school policies and the school’s philosophy; maintains a safe, healthy, and educational classroom environment; and communicates regularly with parents, in person and through technology, to meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements

• Meet one of the following education and experience criteria: a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services; a bachelor’s degree with 30 credit hours in one of those fields and one year of experience with children; an associate’s degree in one of those fields and two years of experience with children; or an associate’s degree with 30 credit hours in one of those fields and three years of experience with children.
