About The Position

As a Yoga Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering thoughtful, engaging classes that promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Committed to creating a restorative and elevated wellness experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of yoga principles, alignment, and safe practice techniques
• Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests
• Certified Yoga Instructor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt class style to different audiences and experience levels
• Passion for wellness, guest service, and creating a positive environment
• Weekend and flexible availability required
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience leading group or private yoga sessions preferred
• Experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness setting is a plus
• RYT or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled yoga classes with clear instruction, proper technique, and a welcoming presence
• Create an inclusive environment by modifying poses to accommodate varying skill levels and physical needs
• Foster a calm, safe, and clean studio atmosphere that enhances the guest experience
• Build meaningful connections with guests to encourage repeat attendance and long-term engagement
• Contribute to the growth of the wellness program by bringing energy, creativity, and a passion for hospitality
• Other duties as assigned.
