About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor to lead engaging and diverse yoga classes tailored to all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga principles, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our members. Requirements

Current AFAA or ACE Primary Group Ex certification and/or related specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, AEA, CPT…)
High School Diploma preferred
Prior experience teaching group exercise classes highly desired
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations
Proficient computer skills
Must be at least 18 year old

Responsibilities

Lead engaging and diverse yoga classes tailored to all fitness levels.
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for members.
Inspire individuals on their wellness journey through mindful practice and expert guidance.
Successfully demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
Actively participate in classes.
Teach classes.
Work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook.
Park in team member-designated areas.
Assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean.
Assist with Service Day.
Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department.
Promptly return messages.
Exhibit a positive attitude at all times.
Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times.
