Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, percentages).
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervision.
- Proficient in maintaining organized and legible records.
Responsibilities
- Perform hourly scrape scores on the cone line deboning process to ensure maximized yield.
- Promptly report high scrape scores or anomalies to supervision for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate and detailed paperwork for auditing and tracking purposes.
- Adapt to changes in tasks and schedules based on the company’s operational needs, particularly on the Night Shift, where schedules depend on cone line run times.
- Ensure precision in all calculations and records, as accuracy is critical to the role.
- Use basic math skills to analyze and interpret data related to scrape scores and yield performance.
