About The Position

Maintain the grounds of North Memorial Health Care campuses, including trash removal, shrub and grass maintenance, and snow and ice removal. Maintain yard equipment and the irrigation system. Transport or move miscellaneous items using yard vehicles as needed.

This is a casual, on-site position with variable day, evening, and night shifts. Weekend work is required by department rotation, and occasional call may be required. The position is non-exempt and is not eligible for benefits.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible for a Department of Transportation (DOT) Health Card.
• Experience with commercial grounds maintenance, including lawn, shrub, and plant care.
• Experience with commercial snow removal equipment, including a skid loader, truck with plow attachment, and snow blower.
• Good judgment and integrity.
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Valid Class D driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record, per NMHC standard.

Responsibilities
