About The Position

American Communities is looking for an experienced Yardi Specialist to become their go-to resource for Yardi across the organization. Requirements

• 5+ years of Yardi experience in the multifamily industry.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including Residential Management, Accounting, and RentCafe.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Yardi Voyager support, troubleshooting, and training.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Yardi.
• Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and new releases with IT.
• Train new and existing employees on Yardi functionality and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
• Create and maintain reports and assist with data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, IT, and other departments to improve Yardi processes.
• Help maintain system security and compliance.
